Book Blogger Hop!

Question of the Week:

Q:What creative places do you keep books other than your bookshelves (submitted by Elizabeth @ Silver's Reviews)

A: I'm not creative about this at all. I use to be though. Now I have books on dressers. On the arm of the couch. On the nightstand. Anywhere I can put them if no place on my bookcase. I'm actually requesting a new bookcase for Mother's Day!

  1. We have bookcases in so many rooms of the house, lounge, bedroom, my office, hubbie's office - the list goes on.

I do however have a pile of overspill books on one side of my desk, which I rotate regularly, both to stop the light fading them and to make it look as though I am actually doing something with them if he asks!

There are also two large sealed plastic containers of overspill, overspill, in the loft! I have read none of these books and just know I don't have enough time left to me to make even the smallest dent in the pile. I really do need a good cull, but just can't bring myself to do it!

    Have a great weekend :)

    1. I took a lot of books to the library a few years ago. It was so hard to do but I was glad afterwards. I have way to many books to begin to put a dent in either. On my kindle I have over 7000.. I can't say no!
      Have a great weekend.

  2. Since I moved almost two years ago, my "movers" pretty much eliminated my books, other than e-books. But I have been building up my one shelf, which is now pretty full. I have another one with TBR books, and I have a stack on my nightstand.

    1. That's awful about your books.
Good luck with building them back up.
      Books are the best!

A Court Of Mist And Fury-Audio by Sarah J. Maas (Parts One & Two)

My thoughts I listened to both audios. Parts 1 and 2 in graphic audio. They may very well have ruined regular audio for me. It was amazing...
